How long does it take to join CADBuilder?

CADBuilder is quick and easy to join for individuals simply click the register tab and follow the online guidance.
For corporate accounts please contact us using phone or email and one of consultants will visit you at your convenience to give you a full demonstration.



How long does it take?

CADBuilder offers a 48 hour turnaround service level.



When do I get charged?

CADBuilder is a fully hosted and automated platform.
Once a drawing is completed an email is sent notifying the designated administrator, at that point a charge is made against your account. Our standard terms and conditions are that payments are to be made within 30 days. Payment in advance may be required for clients without credit accounts.



Can I view historic diagrams?

All diagrams produced by CADBuilder can be viewed for up to 12 months from date of submission.
Diagrams are referenced by multiple unique identities including Address, UPRN, and client identifier.



 

Can I amend the drawing?

You can change the drawing yourself as the DWG file is stored alongside the completed PDF.
However CADBuilder does have a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, changes can be made by emailing support@cadbuilder.co.uk using the online feedback form and we will make all the amendments you require.



What happens when I am asked for more information?

When a submitter uploads the site plans to CADBuilder the uploaded information is checked to ensure it meets the minimum quality standard. If we require more information we will email you directly to the email address supplied at the time of your application. The job will not progress until we have received the updated information from the submitter.



Is Training required?

No CADBuilder uses a very user friendly interface and is no more complex than attaching a file to an email.



Do I need any expensive software?

No CADBuilder provides all drawings as a PDF and DWG. AUTO CAD is not required to view or print any of the files produced by CADBuilder. CADBuilder is also fully hosted so no additional local storage is required. All that is required is a live internet connection as CADBuilder is entirely browser based.
